Online Orders

Once you have submitted your order, we are not able to make modifications. Please contact customer service as soon as possible with any requests as we are unable to make cancellations after we have started the shipment process.

You will receive email confirmation at the time you place your order. Each time your order is updated or your order status changes, you will be sent notification by email.

If you placed your order through your password protected online account you can log in at any time to check your order status, view your order history or request a return. If you checked out as a guest feel free to call 1(202)505-3380 or email us at help@erinandersonco.com to check the status of your order.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover through Paypal and erinandersonco.com issued gift cards and coupons.

To view shipping options and rates for a particular address, please add desired items to your shopping bag and begin the checkout process. Once you are signed into your account, you can view service options and rates to ship these items to your address of choice.

Redeeming Promotion and Discount Codes

You may redeem your discount code in the “View Cart” section of your Shopping Bag, found in the upper right corner of the menu. Once in the Shopping Bag, enter your code in the field marked “discount code.” You may not use more than one discount code at a time.

All terms, conditions and policies – including our returns policy – still apply to orders in which a discount code have been applied. In case of a return, only the amount charged to a credit card or gift card are refundable, we cannot refund the discounted amount.


We work hard to maintain accurate pricing on our website, however errors may occasionally occur. In that situation, you will have the option of either canceling that item, or reconfirming your purchase of the item at the correct price. You agree that the risk of loss or damage to products you order from us passes to you on delivery of the products, but title passes once we have received payment in full from you or your authorized agent for the products.

Sales Tax

Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. If you are shopping within the USA, sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped within the state of New York and New Jersey. Taxes are calculated at the time of checkout by zip code. No other tax or import duty will be applied to orders shipped within the USA. Sales tax is not charged when purchasing a gift card.

To return your order, please include the original invoice, as well as any gift with purchase. Qualifying orders include a pre-paid USPS return label so you can easily send us your purchase. We are not responsible for lost return packages, and recommend you insure and track your package. You are also welcome to use the shipping method of your choice. Please address all returns to:

You will receive an email notification from ERIN/ANDERSON when we receive and process your return. Please allow 20 business days for your return to be processed.

At this time, we do not process exchanges.

ERIN/ANDERSON offers everyday free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more, not including discounts and tax.
Where We Ship

We ship to most USA zip codes, however we do not currently offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, or Guam.

Order Processing

After your order has been placed, you will be notified with an order confirmation email. Your order will be processed in our fulfillment center within 24-48 hours, subject to peak holiday periods. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a shipment tracking number. If you are a registered user, you may also log into your account to review the status of your current and past orders.

Shipping Options

All shipments will be delivered through USPS with final delivery through United States Postal Service. Once your order has shipped, you can track your shipment via USPS.com.

Standard Ground – $2.25 (plus applicable taxes), estimated delivery within 3-8 business days*
Expedited – $5.25(plus applicable taxes), estimated delivery within 3 business days*
Next Day – $10.25(plus applicable taxes), estimated delivery within 1 business day* (for orders placed by 3pm)
*Delivery times are subject to shipping location.

Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to restrict delivery to certain remote locations. Expedited and next day delivery are only available for select locations.
At this time, we are not able to split an order into multiple shipping destinations.

Gift Messaging + Gift Wrapping

All ERIN/ANDERSON oders will be packaged in ERIN/ANDERSON branded materials and an invoice containing full receipt amount will be included for easy returns.

Order Cancellation

If you placed your order as a registered user, you have the option to cancel your order within 60 minutes from the time your order was placed. Log in to your account, select order history, and navigate to the order you would like to cancel.
